Capt. Tom Joseph, FNI
Managing Director
Capt Tom was a Commissioned Officer in the Indian Navy specialized in Hydrographic Survey, taking premature retirement in 1999 after 22 years of service.
Since then, he sailed in the Merchant Navy as a Master and DPO, commanding several vessels and serving as President of the Nautical Institute (India South West) from 2019 to 2024.

Director
Sreedevi is an experienced corporate administrator who oversees the financial architecture and legal framework of Arctic Crew Management.

Joseph is a highly experienced Technical Manager who oversees technical operations, fleet support, and technical vessel specifications at Arctic Crew Management.

Aneena Anto is an experienced Crew Coordinator at Arctic Crew Management, managing multinational seafarer assignments and end-to-end crew management operations since 2023.
She coordinates candidate recruitment, visa documentation, flag state endorsements, and vessel mob/demob movements to keep deployments efficient and compliant.

Full Crew Management
For ship owners and managers seeking comprehensive crewing support, we provide a diverse seafarer nationality portfolio based on vessel trading patterns and registry guidelines. We offer crew management services on a cost-plus-fee basis or under a fixed yearly lump-sum budget model. The lump-sum is an all-inclusive fee paid in twelve monthly installments, covering all crewing operations, wages, marine flight bookings, and port coordination support, typically based on standard BIMCO Crewman A or B.
Contract Crewing & Manning
We offer on-demand contract crewing and recruitment services of all ranks to Ship Owners and Managers on a case-by-case basis. We can supply a single officer or complete ship complements on short notice, ensuring full MLC 2006 compliance. This model offers shipowners complete flexibility to source seafarers dynamically or combine our talent pool with their existing crew sources.
